Jake Lilly - Owner | Project Manager

Jake was born and raised in Swartz, Louisiana. He has lived everywhere from Swartz, Monroe, Sterlington, Farmerville, and currently resides in West Monroe. He graduated from Sterlington High School and then attended University of Louisiana Monroe.

He has spent the last couple of years growing his first business, Lilly Lawncare & Landscaping, and is now ready to 𝗚𝗥𝗢𝗪 this one!

Jake was inspired to get into roofing because he felt there was a place for him to better serve his community and to help it 𝗚𝗥𝗢𝗪! The most valuable lesson he has learned in the past few years (& a lesson he would preach to anyone starting out) is that relationships are the backbone and he treasures that over any other aspect in business.

He wants this business to not only thrive based upon the quality of work, but to stand by our core values with integrity first, accountability to the highest standard, innovation, and professionalism. A personal core value Jake has is endurance. Trials and tribulations will come and hardships will seem like an eternity but he knows eventually it will break and you’ll find light at the end of that tunnel.

When he’s not on a roof, you can find him rockin’ out with his band, doing CrossFit, or spending time with his dogs, Samson and Banshee, who he adores!

Daniel Gilley - Operations Manager

Daniel grew up in the West Monroe/Farmerville area and graduated from Farmerville High School. After high school he spent some time working in the oil & gas industry. He is a Veteran of the U.S Army National Guard where he had the opportunity to serve both foreign countries and his state during natural disaster and humanitarian missions.

He supports a local non-profit, Ouachita Green, and their efforts in keeping the community a cleaner and better place to live!

After years of working in the construction industry from the ages 14 and up, he wanted nothing more to do with the construction field. However, after the oil and gas industries’ major layoffs he returned to the one industry he knew. Only this time around he was working as a storm restoration contractor. With 8 years of experience in roofing and siding, he has worked as an installer, sales rep, project manager, and as a contractor. With his expertise in storm restoration and insurance claims he enjoys assisting homeowners with the claims process making sure they get their property back to tip top shape!

When Daniel is not on the job you can find him playing, watching, or coaching baseball and spending nearly all his free time with his daughter and two sons!

Jami Knight - Office Manager

Jami has been connected to this area since 2012 when she moves here from Delhi after spending some time in the beautiful southern parts of Louisiana.

Although she is new to the roofing industry, she comes with a wealth of experience from the medical field, where she was serving for the past 20 years. Her passion for customer service and insurance knowledge makers her eager to bring a fresh perspective and ideas to her position.

Outside of work, you can find Jami gliding on wheels as a member of the local roller derby team, the Roe City Rollers. The sport keeps her active and connected to the community. Speaking of connections, she has an incredible husband with whom she shares 10 years with along with their three adorable Shihtzus.

Fun fact about Jami: In her early 20s, she lives in Italy while also exploring the wonders of Europe. The memories and lessons from those adventures continues to shape who she is today.

Joe Summerscales - Sales Representative

Joe was born in Sheffield, England but considers America, and especially Louisiana his home. He has lived in the West Monroe / Monroe area since 1996 and graduated from West Ouachita in 2005. He attended ULM and has been in the service industry since 2005.

Joe believes you are either selling or buying in every aspect of life. He comes to our team with years of experience in sales along with his willingness to go above and beyond for his clients.

In his free time you can find Joe spending time with his family, wife, and 2 children or singing his heart out at karaoke!
